The Hoxton, Shepherds Bush

- Very quiet room, didnt hear any noise from adjacent rooms - very friendly and helpful staff - very quick room service - good tube connection to city center - felt very safe in the hotel

We love Hoxton hotels. They have great staff who are always polite and helpful with anything you need. There is also a great atmosphere with great food and drinks at reasonable prices! Lastly, the rooms are always really comfortable and everything you need is provided. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel smell amazing and the rainfall shower is amazing too! The tea and coffee selection is great and you can get bottled water for the fridge! I shared it was my partners birthday during our stay and they left her some chocolate and a free drink at the bar which helped make the stay extra special :)

The hotel it self, its great!! From the moment you go in, see the nice setting/vibe it has to offer with the restaurant with a mix of cafe/bar areas where people work during day time (informally, not a cowork) and at night time was really busy with people. Also how they take of you at the desk on the check in/out, really friendly and nice service. Lastly the room it self, nice, very small but has all you need and very confortable....honestly a very good setting. Despite the location being far from the center, its an easy 30min train to the center or less to other nice areas, that surely would cost more to be there. PS: Very nice flexibility over checkout times

This is a lovely hotel. I regularly stay in Hoxton hotels when I travel and this one lives up to its reputation. It’s perfectly clean, modern and chic. The staff (reception, bar and restaurant) are wonderfully friendly and professional and always seek to greet me on return visits. It’s a literal 2 min walk from the tube which is fantastic to get into central. Compared to the Holborn one it’s excellent value for money. You pay for the location there.

I stayed just for one night for a concert at the Eventin Apollo just down the road. I had booked a small, no window room and was a bit worried when I was sent down into the basement... but it was a truly lovely, cosy room with beautiful decor and the comfiest bed I've slept in for a while! The staff were really lovely and helpful, when I arrived they were all doing a very good job of dealing with some tricky/demanding customers. The checkin/check out times are amazing and they offer even further flexibility if you need. The breakfast at Chets was unreal, I would absolutely go back to try more things off the menu. Overall, a really lovely hotel - exceeded my expectations and I'm desperate to come back!
