The hotel it self, its great!! From the moment you go in, see the nice setting/vibe it has to offer with the restaurant with a mix of cafe/bar areas where people work during day time (informally, not a cowork) and at night time was really busy with people. Also how they take of you at the desk on the check in/out, really friendly and nice service. Lastly the room it self, nice, very small but has all you need and very confortable....honestly a very good setting. Despite the location being far from the center, its an easy 30min train to the center or less to other nice areas, that surely would cost more to be there. PS: Very nice flexibility over checkout times

This hotel was straight out of a Wes Anderson movie. It was charming, chic, trendy and exceeded our expectations. The staff was great, the food was good, the deco was just stunning, the room was 10/10 - bed and pillows were VERY comfy, the bathroom was squeaky clean and the shampoo/shower gel smelled so good, the design was gorgeous, TV worked perfectly well, the rooms were soundproof (can only speak for ours), the complimentary coffee, tea, milk and water were a great addition. The hotel was located a few meters from the Underground station. Very good experience and can't wait to come back.

The interior is beautiful and cosy. It has a special vibe to it just like all the other Hoxtons i visited, it feels like a home away from home. Chet’s, the restaurant was superb and all the staff was really nice and always helpful and friendly, especially Daria at the Reception who was very kind. The hotel is also close to two metro and a bus station so Its really well connected and there are also a 24h shop and a lot of bars and places to grab food from nearby. The complimentary water and milk in the fridge is a nice touch. Overall i really recommend this hotel and will be returning soon.

The first room we had been assigned too was a disability room that wasn’t functioning very well, the drain was blocked and it flooded the bathroom. BUT once I told the receptionist they upgraded our room and were really apologetic about the experience and the next room we had was awesome! the beds and pillows were soooo comfy, I loved the bathroom, the whole hotel is very chic. The food and drinks at the restaurant were also great and all of the staff were lovely, a nice young crowd and they helped me with all of my questions and needs.

The hotel is lovely. A cool modern vibe in central Shepherds Bush. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The facilities are good. We didn’t have a bath but we did have a really powerful shower, there is t a whole lot of storage, you have an open wardrobe which is ok for a long weekend but I think if you were staying longer you would struggle. Overall it’s good value for money and a good location.
